It depends on the course. In most cases, it’s concierge-selected—our Japanese concierge chooses a location that best matches your preferences and theme.

In principle, we do not offer reshoots, as on-location filming is carried out only once. However, if there is a clear technical issue (e.g., a corrupted file), we will assist accordingly.
